1. About Taalzo
Taalzo is an online music learning platform that connects students with music teachers for recorded and live classes. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and roles
You must provide accurate account details and keep your password confidential. Accounts are for personal use — one person per account — and each account is either a student or a teacher account. Do not share your account or class access with others.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are billed through our payment partner for the plan you choose (monthly or 5-month, group or individual). Prices are shown before you pay. Access to recorded and live classes is active for the subscription period shown in your profile and ends when that period expires. Valid discount coupons, where offered, are applied before payment and cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
4. Classes and course content
Recorded lessons and demo videos are provided for your personal learning only. Recording, downloading, screen-capturing or redistributing class content is not permitted, and accounts that do so may be suspended. Live classes are conducted during scheduled evening hours; joining links are for enrolled students only.
5. Conduct
Treat teachers and fellow students with respect. Content on Taalzo is limited to music education — religious instruction and devotional or worship songs are not permitted. Abusive, offensive or disruptive behaviour may lead to removal from a course without a refund.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Our cancellation and refund terms are described separately in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Changes to the service
We may update features, schedules, teachers and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use Taalzo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
