Delete your Taalzo account

How to delete your account

Sign in to the Taalzo app or website as a student or teacher.
Open Profile, then Settings.
Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. If you can't sign in, email taalzoprofessional009@gmail.com from your registered email address and we'll delete it for you.

What is deleted

Your login (email and password) — you can no longer sign in.
Name, phone number, profile photo and learning preferences.
Teacher bio, qualifications and UPI payout details.
Your notifications and practice notes.

What is kept

Payment, subscription, enrolment, course and teacher payout records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes. They no longer show your name — they appear as "Deleted User".
